Management Dashboard

The Dashboard tool is an exciting new development for Ibcos. In today's fast changing business climate easy access to up-to-date, key business intelligence is crucial. The new Ibcos Gold Management Dashboard is the answer. For some while now it has been understood that the answers to almost all of your questions about the health of your business are held in your Business Management Software. The key aim of this project is to deliver that information in an easy to use “web based” application that could be used by people with no detailed knowledge of the Gold software; we believe this has been achieved. The elements of information can be extracted from all parts of the system and can be financial or operational (e.g. labour hours, fill rates, units sold, etc.). These elements can be combined into a summary dashboard that provides an overview of mixed data from the whole business in one web page.

  - Sales performance - today, this week, this month etc
  - Profit and Loss - this month, year to date
  - Cash balances split by bank account
  - Customer accounts "On Stop"
  - Aged wholegoods/vehicle stock summary

  - Wholegoods/vehicle sales
  - Labour reporting
  - Part sales
  - Sales management/CRM activity reporting

The calculation rules that drive the dashboard are set-up within the Gold system and the display is through a secure website. Full security is built into the website so that users can only see data appropriate to their system access rights. The website can be accessed from anywhere in the world, on any device that has web browsing ability.
