Here reside John Rolleston MD, Nigel Sargent Software Director and the Analysts and Programmers who are responsible for the development of our product IBCOS GOLD. The helpline support desks are also situated at Poole, along with the accounts discipline, making Poole the administrative centre of IBCOS Computers. From Coventry a team of six engineers and technicians, headed by our Technical Director Adrian White, cover the nation. Their responsibility is to install new systems, upgrade older systems and to install communication networks within Dealerships and across multi depot operations. IBCOS training is also based at Coventry, where two training rooms, with modern equipment, allow us to train our customers on both our GOLD products and proprietory PC based products, including manufacturer links, Microsoft software and web site products. |
