Support Desk

Software Support - Ibcos Software Support is manned by a team of trainer/consultants with additional help available from programmers/developers should the need arise.  All calls are entered into the centralised call logging system and prioritised to highlight the calls that need the most urgent attention (system down etc).  The call status and activity levels are monitored to ensure acceptable levels of response are maintained.  There is an escalation process to a director for calls that are difficult to resolve.

Hardware Support - Ibcos Hardware Support is manned by a team of technical support staff with the assistance of engineers.  Many calls are resolved remotely but, where appropriate, calls are passed to a team of third party Field Service Engineers to attend onsite.  All calls are entered into the centralised call logging system and prioritised to highlight the calls that need the most urgent attention (system down, depot down etc).  The call status and activity levels are monitored to ensure acceptable levels of response are maintained.  There is an escalation process to a director for calls that are difficult to resolve.

Our hours for software and hardware support are from 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.
