Ibcos Computers Ltd offers a range of services to their customers providing a complete package rather than install-and-run software. Software IBCOS GOLD is a fully integrated business management system designed specifically for use by Dealers, Distributors, Importers and Hire Companies. Individual programs are taken from the suite to cover the required areas of operation and installed to match the company’s requirements. Hardware Ibcos Computers have many years of experience supplying server hardware, networking, PC’s and peripherals. Many customers choose Ibcos as a ‘one stop shop’ for their computer requirements. We believe our customers should concentrate on running their businesses and not have to learn how to become computer infrastructure experts. We have therefore selected hardware and operating systems requiring the least expert intervention. Support Software support for your system is carried out solely by Ibcos Computers hotline support staff. The support team are also responsible for training courses at our Coventry training centre, together with on site training and consultancy. Our team are therefore well versed with all aspects of our customers businesses; the good relationships built up between our customers and our support staff are to the benefit of all parties. Training Training on your Ibcos system is carried out by an experienced member of our Training/Support Team. We are very flexible in the way that we manage training for new systems. We usually provide a mixture of on-site training/consultancy and training courses for your staff at our Training School in Coventry. These two options are mixed and matched to meet your specific requirements. The Selection Process Establish if the software suits your needs Having had a look at the outline details of the software, both specific to your industry and to dealers, distributors and manufacturers generally, you will know if Ibcos Computers might have the solution for you. Detailed investigation of Hardware and Software requirements If you wish to proceed further, you can arrange for the sales consultant to visit you at your offices. Here you will be able to explain what you want out of the system and establish if Ibcos has the solution. The consultant will explain not only how the software works but also review your requirements for hardware and communications equipment. Consider the investment The consultant will prepare a quotation for the hardware and software discussed and give you time to make up your mind. You will be able to see the software in action or visit a reference site for other customers’ views. A timescale for implementation and training will be drawn up. Planning the implementation Once you have placed your order, the equipment will be ordered as necessary and set up in our Engineering workshops. Training days will be booked to ensure all your staff knows how to operate the software. The Sales Consultant will be in communication with you during this planning stage. The implementation Once a date has been set, the engineers will visit your site/sites, check the cabling and install any required hardware. The system will be set up and tested, then hands on training will be given to ensure your staff are happy with the system.
