All our Sales Team are primarily business orientated, though obviously they
have detailed knowledge of computing and data communications. The Sales Team
collectively have spent many years in the Dealer, Distribution and Manufacturing
Trades and can discuss your business with you in a language you will understand
- a refreshing experience in today's commercial society.
Below you will find brief profiles of the current team - and a photo so you
will recognise them when they call!

Jon Fulcher
Sales and Marketing Director
Jon has been with IBCOS for many years (on and off). He is married with one child and has an interest in football, circuit training and cycling.
Selling is in his blood as he has been selling since leaving school, although he had a short break while moving into the IT Industry. Jon has empathy with our customers and prospects as he has run a 120 User system and has worked on the IBCOS help desk.
In 1998 Jon became our Sales Co-ordinator arranging Trainers and Engineers time and also selling training, consultancy and Internet services. The selling over took the organising and in November 2000 Jon moved to a communications company selling to large corporate companies. With the extra experience gained Jon returned to us as Sales Manager and advanced to Sales Director in 2002.

Alan Head
Operations Manager
Alan is based at our Poole office and is responsible for the after sales implementation discipline, working closely with the engineers and training staff. Alan's responsibility is to take the trauma out of the implementation for the first time user or new customer coming across to Ibcos GOLD from another system.
Though each salesman is responsible for the account management of customers in his area, Ibcos believes there should always be someone "back at base" to handle queries - Alan is that person. Within Alan's remit are engineering co-ordination, account queries, liason with the salesmen and the selling and organisation of training.
Alan spends his leisure time coarse fishing, looking for that elusive specimen fish. He also has a keen interest in football, but only from an arm chair!

David Goodwin
Sales Consultant
David is the salesman responsible for the North of England, Scotland and North Wales.
As an ex-dealer accountant, David also has a high level of knowledge of Ibcos GOLD relative to the day to day operations of the dealership. This combination of knowledge and more than 30 years experience in the industry makes David an easy person to discuss system requirements with in the pre-sales environment and also for providing advice on system upgrades. Each salesman has his speciality products - David is our Plant Hire and Construction expert. This means that, despite having his own sales area, he can be called to remote corners of the UK to help the other members of the Sales Team.
A keen trains, boats and planes man, David spends many happy hours (when at home) building replica models of his favourite examples.
